@caleb0It seems that Orpheus has wandered her way into the physical realm...
@J_cordz7+So today I had a very interesting talk with friends about Chordates on #biology! 🪲 I'm glad the channel is getting more active again! Also now that it's almost March I'm going to work on the Workshops Projects as I had planned before: I'm going to be making a newer version of the website workshop project 🕸️, which includes a small website for me, some things for friends and a cool website about dinosaurs that I will be hosting using dino.icu! :orpheus: 🦕 Also today I saw some cool fonts while using Google Fonts! :google: 🖋️
@ian4Hosted my first hack club workshop! :orpheus-pop: We made Discord bots, and mine had a trivia command and a dino command (using my recent geta.dino.icu api) After overcoming a few issues with trolls(?) I think it went well.
@J_cordz7+Today I'm going to be sharing all the progress I've made so far with my workshops, during this last days I have been making progress on them, step by step, developing more skills on HTML, CSS and JavaScript everyday I coded on them.
It's not the best, but it's an awesome progress in my coding journey.
My own personal website and portfolio is still in dev, and there's nothing to share about it yet because I still have to figure out the total tools I will use on it, so today's workshops are Orpheus Hack Club Website which needs some improvement and Splatter Paint. Also, my other project about GitHub that I was also talking about in my scrapbook is finally setting up an organization for my Science Club and Hack Club and redesigning my high school website which will be a great project to test my abilities! And finally, today I started researching some Raycast extensions, so most likely I won't see my apps dock that often.
@J_cordz7+Today I submitted my GitHub Student Developer Pack Application, looking forward for the apps and tools it includes that will be useful in my coding journey, also, complementing the changes I'm doing since yesterday on my GitHub Account, today I setup my metrics as a GitHub Action into my README, also I did a bit more of customization on the Orpheus theme website and my personal website as part of the two activities I'm doing in the first workshop, and also checked a bit about the second one: "Splatter Paint".
@J_cordz7+Today I'm starting my first Hack Club Workshop: "Build a Personal Website".
@thatrobotdev0made a stonk orpheus as part of our club meeting slides tomorrow
Definitely one of my best ships this year xDD
@msw4got a new project in the words (progress thread in #the-fast-lane)
@sampoder0Seeing it in person is a completely different experience. I must say @ky200617 this has made my week, this is absolutely amazing. This is all so surreal, I am so grateful to be apart of this. Wow.
@roshan0Burned a bunch of bootloaders on these leaps before shipping them out
@hkatzdev0Submitted my Summer of Making App! 🎉 :yay:
@msw4we have a bunch of stats logged in hack.af (our link shortener), but it only keeps 45k lines of logs around. I just wrote my first deno script that exports an airtable base to the local file system, so now we can backup our logs past 45k of lines
